Summertime Fun

Has it seriously been a month since my last post???? I swear my life is flying by.

This little man has been getting lots of my attention lately:

Oh I love him so...........

So we've been having lots of fun enjoying summer-like activities. It has been HOOOTTT here. When we got home around 7pm the other night the thermometer said 103.8... and the sensor is in the shade! No thank you. Way too hot. But we have still been enjoying parks, playgrounds, the water table, eating outside on the patio, having picnics.... all the fun things you get to do in the nice weather.

Sadly I haven't taken too many pictures {bad Mommy} but here are a few.

We got to see some friends that we met down here who moved and were back for a visit. Their little boy, Pascal, is just the cutest. Luke loves him.

And we got to pick some yummy lettuce from our friends garden. Luke loved helping!

We also had Kevin, Emily, and Benjamin over for some fun in the sun/pool. We had these delicious veggie kabobs (and some had chicken)! Aren't they beautiful?!?!?!?

And then everyone went in the pool --- the kiddie pool. :) {Well really just Luke, Uncle Kevin, Aunt Emily, and Benjamin.} Uncle Kevin is the best playing with Lukie man. He loves his aunts and uncles!!!
