Birthday Weekend

We celebrated Luke's birthday this weekend with a little party. Although we missed so many of our friends and family, we are so glad that a few out-of-towners made it down.

Here are some highlights from the party.

He wanted a MickeyMouseDonaldDuckDaisyDuckMinnieMouseGoofyPluto party so I was happy to oblige. Simple decorations:

Also, this weekend Luke also got his very first pet -- a turtle that was sent by Great-Grandpa that Grandma and Grandpa found:

We loved celebrating Father's Day with Daddy and Grandpa:


And met up with Uncle Kevin, Aunt Emily and Benjamin later on:

And while Grandpa was here Luke got his {random} wish of digging with Grandpa. He even got his own shovel!
